Location Details

Stipend / Base Salary

Note: 50% stipend will be paid by the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT), and 50% by RCF Ltd.

Employment Type

Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Duration ranges from 12 to 24 months depending on the trade. This apprenticeship does not guarantee permanent employment.

2. Click on "Recruitment" → "Engagement of Apprentices 2025–26"
3. Read the full advertisement and click on "I Accept"
4. Fill in the online application form and choose posting location (Trombay / Thal)
5. Upload photo (≤75 KB, JPG/JPEG) and signature (≤25 KB, JPG/JPEG)
6. Submit and print the application form for reference

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate must be at least 18 years of age as on 01.07.2025.
• The prescribed qualification should be from a recognized University / Institute as a regular full-time course.
• Allied branches of Diploma in Engineering are not acceptable.
• Candidates with prior apprenticeship training or job experience of one year or more, or who are pursuing higher studies, shall not be eligible.
• The passing certificate / final year mark sheet of the required qualification must be dated on or after 01.07.2022.
• The date of passing of the final qualifying examination must be greater than or equal to 01.07.2022.

Reservation Details

Note: 5% marks relaxation in the final selection for SC/ST and PwBD candidates.

Application Fees

There is no application fee for any category of candidates.

Selection Process

1. Merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and applicable reservation rules.
2. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification.
3. Final selection will be confirmed only after successful contract approval on the respective portals (NATS/NAPS).
4. In case of tie in merit, candidate with higher qualification or, in case of equal qualification, higher marks in the preceding qualification will be ranked higher.

Other Facility: Uniform and PPE will be provided by Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited.

Important Instructions & Disclaimers

• The company has no obligation to provide regular employment after the apprenticeship training.
• Medical facilities will be provided on OPD basis in RCF Hospital for the apprentices themselves only.
• Candidates must possess an Aadhar-linked and DBT-enabled bank account in their own name (except Postal Bank accounts).
• Candidates must carry original documents and attested copies at the time of reporting for verification, including educational certificates, proof of age, caste certificates (if applicable), PAN, Aadhar, bank details, and medical fitness certificate.
• Candidates can apply for only one discipline. Multiple applications will result in rejection.
• All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
• The management reserves the right to increase or decrease posts or cancel the recruitment process without prior notice.
