Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Course/Certification in Primavera/MS Project
  2. Experience in claim management under FIDIC Yellow Book on at least one project
• Experience Required: Minimum 10 years, including at least 5 years in planning of infrastructure projects.
• Age Limit: Up to 50 years as on 01.12.2025.
• Age Relaxation: As per Government of India norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen.

Selection Process

1. Selection through Walk-in Interview at the Corporate Office of RVNL.
2. Shortlisting based on eligibility and experience.
3. No request for postponement of interview will be entertained.
4. Verification of original documents at the time of interview.
5. No written test or online examination will be conducted.

Application Process

• Candidates must appear in person for the Walk-in Interview on the scheduled date and time.
• Carry original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies (educational, experience, caste, PwBD, etc.).
• Candidates working in Government/PSU/Quasi-Government institutions must bring a valid “No Objection Certificate” (NOC).
• Candidates from private organizations must produce the latest pay slips and 26AS form as proof of CTC.
• Physically and medically fit candidates will be preferred as per RVNL medical standards.

Reservation Details

• Reservation will be applicable as per Government of India rules.
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate must be valid for the current financial year.
• PwBD candidates must produce valid certificates in the prescribed format issued by competent authorities.

Remuneration and Contract Terms

• Monthly remuneration is negotiable and forms part of the overall CTC.
• Statutory deductions (EPF, Income Tax, Professional Tax) will apply.
• The contract is initially for 2 years, extendable up to 3 years based on performance.
• Candidates will be required to execute a service bond equivalent to two months of consolidated pay for serving a minimum of one year.

Documents Required at the Time of Interview

• Matriculation Certificate (Age proof)
• Mark sheets and certificates of all educational qualifications
• Experience certificates indicating length and field of experience
• Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD) if applicable
• NOC from current employer (for Govt/PSU candidates)
• Copy of appointment letter or relieving order for private employees
• Last three months’ payslip and Form 26AS for private candidates
• Photo ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Passport)

Additional Instructions and Notes

• Candidates must satisfy all eligibility conditions before appearing for the interview.
• No TA/DA or travel reimbursement will be provided for attending the interview.
• Any false information or misconduct will lead to immediate disqualification and legal action.
• RVNL will not be responsible for inadvertent errors in the notice.
• Applications under RTI Act will not be entertained until the recruitment process is complete.
