Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), a Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, is inviting applications from experienced and eligible candidates for the post of Assistant Manager (HR) on a regular basis for its Corporate Office in New Delhi.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

MBA (HR) from a recognized university/institution incorporated under an Act of Parliament or State Legislature or UGC Act or approved by the Government.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of total work experience.
At least 3 years of experience must be in a Railway Infrastructure PSU, preferably listed, in regular/contract/temporary/outsource basis.
Experience with SAP-HCM in core HR & Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll Processing.
Experience working in an e-office environment.
Experience handling HR/Establishment matters like recruitment, hiring, promotion, increments, DPCs, emolument fixation, etc.

Age Limit

Maximum age: 32 years as on 31.07.2025

Age relaxation applicable for RVNL employees (regular/contract/outsource) for the duration of their service.

Reservation Details

This recruitment is for Unreserved (UR) category only. Candidates from reserved categories may apply, but no reservation or relaxation applies.

OBC candidates must submit non-creamy layer certificate of current financial year in proper format.
EWS candidates must submit valid income and asset certificate of current financial year.

Screening/Interaction and Medical Examination at Corporate Office, RVNL.

Documents Required at Screening/Interaction

Matriculation Certificate for age proof
Educational and Professional Certificates with mark sheets
Experience certificates clearly indicating length and nature of experience
Caste/Income/Asset Certificates (if applicable)
Appointment letter, ID card, or pay slip from current organization
Last three months' pay slips and 26AS form (for private sector candidates)
Valid Photo ID and Address Proof (Aadhaar, Passport, PAN, etc.)
No Objection Certificate (for Govt./PSU candidates)
Photo copies of APARs for last five years (for Govt./PSU candidates)

Bond and Service Commitment

The selected candidate must sign a bond of ₹4,00,000 + GST to serve a minimum of 3 years in RVNL.
