1. Senior Deputy General Manager (Civil) – E5

Age Limit: Maximum 48 years
Department: Civil
Total Vacancies: 6 (UR-03, OBC-02, SC-01)
Pay Scale: Rs. 80,000 – 2,20,000 (IDA) + Allowances
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience Required: Experience in construction in Railways, Highways, Marine Works, Metro Works, and Rail Infrastructure.

Eligibility Criteria

Official Working in Government Organisations:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience
- Holding an analogous grade (Level-12, CDA) on regular basis OR
- Serving in Level-11 (CDA) for at least 4 years on regular basis
Official Working in CPSE/Central Govt./Metro Companies:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
- Holding analogous grade in E5 (IDA)

2. Manager (Civil) – E2

Age Limit: Maximum 40 years
Total Vacancies: 6 (UR-03, OBC-01, EWS-01, SC-01)
Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000 (IDA) + Allowances
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade from UGC/AICTE approved institutes.
Experience Required: Experience in Railways, Highways, Marine Works, Metro Works, Rail Infrastructure.

- Minimum 4 years relevant experience
- Holding analogous grade Level-8 (CDA) OR
- Serving in Level-7 (CDA) for at least 4 years
CPSE/Central Govt./Metro Companies:

3. Deputy Manager (Civil) – E1

Age Limit: Maximum 35 years
Total Vacancies: 2 (UR-01, OBC-01)
Pay Scale: Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000 (IDA)
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
Experience Required: Experience in Railway, Rail Infrastructure, and Metro.

- Minimum 3 years experience
- Holding analogous grade Level-7 (CDA) OR
- Serving in Level-6 (CDA) for at least 4 years

4. Assistant Manager (Civil) – E0

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (minimum 60%) OR

- Graduate: Minimum 3 years experience
- Diploma: Minimum 6 years experience
- Holding analogous grade Level-6 OR
- Serving in Level-5/4 for minimum 5 years on regular basis
CPSE/Central Govt./Metro Companies:
- Graduate: Minimum 3 years experience
- Diploma: Minimum 6 years experience

Selection Process

For Senior DGM (Civil)

Selection will be based on an Interview conducted at the Corporate Office of RVNL.

For Manager / Dy. Manager / Assistant Manager

Selection procedure includes a Written Test and/or Interview.
Candidates will be screened by a Scrutiny Committee to assess eligibility and verify documents.
Interviews will evaluate relevant field experience, past performance, and educational qualifications.
No request for postponement of written test, skill test, or interview will be entertained.
RVNL reserves full rights to cancel or postpone the recruitment process for administrative reasons.

Resignation Policy

A three-month advance notice is mandatory for seeking resignation from RVNL. This notice does not absolve the candidate from liabilities arising from the service agreement during the bond period.
