Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (recognized university)
- Age: 20–28 years
- No postgraduates eligible
- Max 1 year work experience allowed
- Must apply within 5 years of graduation
- Local language proficiency required
Age Relaxation

- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Widow/Divorced Women: up to 35–40 years
- 1984 Riot Victims: 5 years
