Work Details
- Visiting Days: All working days
- Working Hours: 2 hours on all working days at Head Office, Rajendra Place, New Delhi and 2 hours on all working days at Corporate Office, East Kidwai Nagar, New Delhi
- Termination: One month notice from either side
Job Role and Responsibilities
- Administering staff care in compliance with physiotherapy regulations and laws.
- Evaluating physical health and establishing physiotherapy treatment goals.
- Designing and executing rehabilitation programs to restore physical skills.
- Assessing home and work environments and recommending necessary adjustments.
- Providing guidance on suitable equipment and exercises.
- Conducting physical, cognitive, and psychological assessments.
- Preparing reports, maintaining records, and making follow-up calls.
- Ensuring continuous competence and professional development.
- Performing any other duties assigned by the Bank.
Other Conditions
- Physiotherapist must arrange a suitable substitute at own cost if absent for more than 2 days.
- No benefits like leave, PF, gratuity, medical reimbursement, or bonuses will be applicable.
- The engagement is purely temporary; no claim for regular employment.
- Bank reserves right to modify working hours and locations as required.
- All disputes subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
- Confidentiality of bank affairs must be maintained strictly.
- Bank’s decision will be final and binding in all matters.
