Salary / Remuneration

Remuneration will be finalized depending upon the suitability of the candidate. The notification does not mention any fixed salary.

Working Hours & Contract Details

• 3 days per week for 2 hours each (Visiting days & timings as per Bank’s convenience)
• Initial contract period: 1 year
• Contract may be renewed subject to satisfactory performance
• Contract terminable with 2 months’ notice from either side

Selection Process

1. Applications received will be scrutinized by the Bank.
2. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview via email.
3. Final selection will be based on interview performance.
4. Engagement Offer Letter will be issued to the selected candidate.
5. If the selected candidate declines, the next candidate from the waiting list (in order of marks) will be considered.

Job Role / Responsibilities

• Conducting yoga and acupressure sessions for employees to reduce stress and improve mental clarity.
• Developing customized wellness programs tailored to the Bank’s specific needs.
• Providing guidance on breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation methods.
• Assessing employee well-being and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Advising preventive measures for common ailments (eyes, cervical pain, lower back pain, blood pressure, migraine, headaches, etc.) to reduce reliance on allopathic treatment.
• Maintaining accurate & confidential reports for each staff member who consults.
• Staying updated on best practices and research in Yoga & Acupressure.
• Performing any other tasks assigned by the Bank.

Other Conditions

• Maximum of 12 leaves allowed in a calendar year (1 per month). Up to 4 unused leaves can be carried forward and availed at one time.
• Not eligible for benefits such as Provident Fund, Gratuity, Bonus, Leave Fare Concession, Medical Reimbursement, or any other allowances.
• Engagement is temporary and does not confer rights to permanent employment.
• The Bank reserves the right to alter duty hours and location as per administrative requirements.
• Strict confidentiality regarding Bank affairs must be maintained.
• Specialist must serve honestly and faithfully, avoiding misconduct or harassment.
• Contract may be terminated for misconduct, criminal charges, or breach of trust.
• Disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Courts of Delhi.
