Designation Details

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university
• Preferred Qualification: Master’s/Post-Graduate degree in Physiotherapy
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Physiotherapist in a hospital or clinic

Application Process

Selection Process

• Applications will be scrutinized by the Bank.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview via email.
• Final selection will be based on performance in the interview.
• Engagement letter will be sent by email.
• In case the selected candidate refuses or fails to respond, the next candidate from the merit list will be offered the position.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess physical, communication, and cognitive skills of staff.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on assessments.
• Assist in exercises and rehabilitation for pain relief.
• Advise family members and caregivers.
• Maintain detailed treatment records and documentation.
• Review and adapt treatment plans as needed.
• Conduct physical and psychological assessments.
• Evaluate staff home/work environments for ergonomic needs.
• Recommend and assist with assistive equipment.
• Promote fine motor skills rehabilitation.
• Ensure adherence to Physiotherapy laws, policies, and scope of practice.
• Update field knowledge and maintain professional competence.

Other Terms and Conditions

• The Physiotherapist must arrange for a suitable substitute (at own cost) in case of continuous absence for more than two days, subject to Bank's approval.
• Not eligible for any employee benefits such as leave, LFC, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Bonus, Medical Reimbursement, etc.
• This engagement is purely temporary and does not entitle the individual to claim regular employment.
• The Bank reserves the right to revise remuneration, duty hours, and location based on administrative needs.
• All disputes related to the contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Chandigarh courts only.
• Confidentiality must be strictly maintained regarding the Bank’s internal matters and those of its clients.
• The Physiotherapist shall serve honestly and promote the interests of the Bank at all times.
• Any act of sexual harassment or inappropriate behavior at the workplace will result in termination.
• The contract will be terminated if the Physiotherapist is arrested, detained, or involved in legal/criminal proceedings.
• Bank reserves the right to modify the eligibility criteria to limit the number of candidates for interview.
• The Physiotherapist must bring their own basic equipment necessary for treating staff.
