Eligibility Criteria
IT Head
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT management, with at least 5 years in leadership role.
- Preferred: Experience in museums, cultural institutions, or similar organizations.
Technical Skills:
- IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital archives, and content management systems
- Knowledge of data protection laws and best practices
- ERP systems and project management
- Expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, APIs, Oracle/PL-SQL
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
IT Full Stack Developer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 5–7 years in software engineering with focus on database and application management.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate)
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
- Experience with APIs and cloud-based systems
- Problem-solving, vendor management, and system optimization
