Salary and Benefits

• Basic Pay: ₹24,000 per month
• Allowances: DA, HRA & other perquisites at applicable rates
• Approximate CTC: ₹5.83 lakhs per annum

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Graduate from a recognized University/Institution in India
• Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant post-qualification experience
• Preferred Background: Aviation background
• Specific Experience: Operations Management, worked in NSOP Helicopters/Airlines for 2–3 years, basic computer knowledge, and letter drafting in English

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 28 years (as on 26.10.2025)
• SC/ST: 5 years relaxation
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years relaxation
• PWD: Relaxation as per rules (minimum 40% disability, permanent in nature)
• Ex-Servicemen: Relaxation as per Government rules
• EWS: Valid certificate required on or before cut-off date

Reservation Details

Reservation will be applicable as per Government of India guidelines for SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, and EWS candidates. Caste certificates must be in Hindi or English. Translations must be notarized. Caste/tribe names should appear in the Central List of SC, ST, and OBC or in the list notified by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment or Ministry of Tribal Affairs.
