- Stage 1 – Online Written Test:
- Duration: 120 minutes
- Total Questions: 120 (Part I – 50 Aptitude; Part II – 70 Technical)
- Subjects: Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English Language, Ethics, RTI Act, Data Interpretation, General Awareness, and Professional Discipline
- Marking Scheme: +1 for correct, -0.25 for wrong answers
- Qualifying Marks: 40% (UR), 30% (Reserved categories)
- Stage 2 – Personal Interview:
- Marks: 100
- Qualifying Marks: 60% (UR), 50% (Reserved)
- Final Merit Calculation: 50% weightage to Written Exam and 50% to Interview
Junior Hindi Translator (JHT)
- Stage 1 – Preliminary Objective Exam:
- Duration: 1 hour

- Subjects: General Hindi, English, Reasoning, and General Knowledge
- Marking: +3 for correct answer, -1 for wrong
