Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of post-qualification executive experience in Erection/Engineering/Design or related areas. For Deputy Manager (Civil), 2 years of experience in nuclear island is mandatory.
• Preference will be given to candidates trained in BARC Training School or other DAE establishments.
• Candidates with experience in DAE projects will be preferred.
• Candidates from PSU/Govt. must have 2 years in the pay scale ₹60,000–1,80,000 (IDA) or Level 10 (CDA). Private sector candidates should have equivalent experience.

Age Limit and Relaxation

Upper Age Limit: 33 years

• SC/ST – 5 years relaxation
• OBC – 3 years relaxation
• PwBD – 10 years relaxation
• Ex-Servicemen – as per Government norms

Health and Medical Standards

All selected candidates will undergo a medical examination conducted by the NTPC Medical Board/Officer. No relaxation is permissible in medical standards. Detailed medical norms are available on the NTPC career website.

4. After submission, download the application slip with a unique application number. No documents are to be sent by post.

Documents Required

• Class X Certificate / Marksheet, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card for name & DOB proof.
• B.E./B.Tech. Degree Certificate (Final/Provisional).
• All semester mark sheets or consolidated transcript indicating aggregate percentage.
• Marks conversion formula (if applicable) from university.
• Caste / Disability / EWS certificate as applicable.
• OBC-NCL Certificate (Central Format for FY 2025–26).
• EWS Certificate (valid for FY 2025–26 based on FY 2024–25 income).
• Disability Certificate (Central Govt. format via Swavlamban/UDID portal).
• Experience Certificates, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Orders, Pay Slips, Role Assignment Orders, etc.
• Training Certificate from BARC/DAE (if applicable).
• Private Sector Candidates: Form 16 for last 3 financial years.
• Govt./PSU Candidates: Pay-scale matrix/circular verifying service years.

The selection process involves multiple stages depending on requirements, which may include:

• Application shortlisting or screening based on qualifications, marks, and experience.

• Base Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000 (IDA)
