5. Salary / Remuneration

6. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduate degree
- Two-year full-time MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 25+ years experience in AIF / Venture Capital / Investment domains
- At least 5 years in Fund Management / Investment Banking / Startup Funding
- At least 3 years in Top Management / CEO level of similar Fund / AIF
- Experience in PE/VC and Investment Banking preferred

Fund Strategy & Corpus Management
- Implement Mother Fund strategy aligned with Government MSME mandate
- Manage corpus with government and investor contributions
- Ensure SEBI AIF compliance and investment committee approvals
- Define evaluation framework for Daughter Funds
- Source and select VC/PE Daughter Funds
Investment Oversight & Monitoring
- Monitor Daughter Fund performance and MSME coverage
- Review MIS, valuations, audits quarterly
- Ensure compliance with downstream investment guidelines
- Track IRR, MOIC, and impact metrics
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure SEBI AIF compliance
- Coordinate with auditors, custodians, stakeholders
- Manage risk frameworks
- Submit periodic reports to CEO
Stakeholder Management
- Interface with LPs, Ministry, Board, and Investment Committee
- Manage disclosures, drawdowns, and grievances
- Build credibility in VC/PE ecosystem
Ecosystem Development
- Policy representation at industry forums
- Promote co-investment opportunities
- Support MSME equity penetration policies
Operations & Team Management
- Build investment, legal, and compliance teams
- Improve MIS and digital reporting systems
- Ensure operational efficiency
13. Terms & Conditions
- Contractual engagement (initial 1 year, extendable up to 2 years)
- Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- No other employment allowed during tenure
- 30 days notice period for termination/resignation
- Appointment can be terminated without reason with 30 days notice
- Must join within 15 days of offer
