Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate Degree in any discipline
- Conversant with functioning of Central/State Government Ministries/Departments and their organizations, Government rules, regulations, and e-Office
- Proficient in noting and drafting
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, and Email
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Framing policies and regulations
- Recruitment rules and coordination
- Administrative matters and outsourcing
- Procurement and establishment & service rules (FRSR)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparing, examining, and handling proposals/cases, policy issues, court cases, legal matters, grievances, complaints, RTI, Parliament questions, and data analysis.
- Analyzing assigned proposals and preparing briefs and presentations.
