Remuneration / Salary
Fixed Monthly Remuneration:
- ₹1,00,000 to ₹2,00,000 per month
- GST, if applicable, will be extra
Educational Qualification and Experience
Option 1
- Bachelor’s Degree in Planning / Business Administration (related field) / Real Estate / B.Tech (Civil) or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field
Option 2
- Master’s Degree in Planning / Business Administration (related field)
- OR PG Degree in Valuation of Real Estate from a recognized university
- OR M.Tech (Civil)
- OR Chartered Accountant (CA)
- OR Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field
Desirable Experience
- Expertise in Land Management and Administration
- Land and Building appraisal and valuation experience
- Project conceptualization, planning, feasibility report preparation
- Execution of real estate and infrastructure development projects
- Experience in dealing with development and government authorities
- Experience in projects with Central Government preferred
- Minimum two consulting/advisory assignments in relevant areas during the last five financial years
Scope of Work
- Evaluate land and building properties using appropriate valuation methods
- Conduct highest and best use analysis, risk assessment, and SWOT analysis
- Prepare feasibility studies, financial modelling, and ROI analysis
- Develop long-term strategies for land and building portfolios
- Market research, demand forecasting, and competitor analysis
- Transaction advisory and marketing of properties
- Assess market trends, pricing, and investment potential
- Encumbrance checks and environmental assessment
- Conceptual and master planning support
- Site visits and preparation of site visit reports
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and zoning regulations
- Liaison with government authorities for approvals and permits

Selection Process

General Instructions and Other Terms
- Engagement is strictly on contractual basis
- Consultant must work on full-time basis
- No other assignment is permitted during tenure
- False or incomplete information may lead to cancellation
- Mere fulfillment of eligibility does not guarantee selection
- NLMC reserves the right not to fill the post
- Decision of the CEO, NLMC shall be final in case of disputes
Leave and Travel Entitlements
- One (01) day leave for each completed month
- Accumulated leave cannot be carried forward
- TA for domestic tours subject to approval as per company policy
Termination Clause
Either party may terminate the contract by providing a written notice of at least thirty (30) days in advance. The company may refuse resignation until proper handing over of responsibilities.
