Tenure of Engagement

The engagement shall be initially for a period of three (3) years, which may be extended by one year at a time, subject to performance and organizational requirements, up to a maximum tenure of five (5) years (3+1+1).

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Data Entry Operator: Bachelor’s Degree (Essential)
• Multitasking Staff: Matriculate / Non-Matriculate

Experience Requirement

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Government Sector / Ministry is mandatory for both posts.

Age Limit

• Data Entry Operator: Up to 35 years
• Multitasking Staff: Up to 45 years

Remuneration / Salary

The company may grant an annual increment as per company policy, subject to a maximum of 10% per annum.

Selection Process

• Scrutiny of applications by NLMC.
• Shortlisting of eligible candidates.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
• Interview date and time will be communicated via email.
• Original documents must be produced at the time of interview for verification.
• Decision of NLMC regarding selection shall be final and binding.

Leave & Service Conditions

• Leave entitlement: One (1) day for each completed month of employment.
• Accumulated leave cannot be carried forward to the next calendar year.
• Service conditions shall be governed by company policy.
• All posts are strictly on contractual basis.

Termination Clause

• Either party may terminate the contract by giving 30 days’ written notice.
• The company reserves the right to refuse resignation until proper handover of charge.
