Tenure of Engagement

The engagement shall be initially for a period of three (3) years, which may be extended by one year at a time, subject to performance and organizational requirements, up to a maximum tenure of five (5) years (3+1+1).

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Data Entry Operator: Bachelor’s Degree (Essential)
Multitasking Staff: Matriculate / Non-Matriculate

Experience Requirement

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Government Sector / Ministry is mandatory for both posts.

Age Limit

Data Entry Operator: Up to 35 years
Multitasking Staff: Up to 45 years

Remuneration / Salary

Selection Process

Scrutiny of applications by NLMC.
Shortlisting of eligible candidates.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
Interview date and time will be communicated via email.

Decision of NLMC regarding selection shall be final and binding.

Leave & Service Conditions

Leave entitlement: One (1) day for each completed month of employment.
Accumulated leave cannot be carried forward to the next calendar year.
Service conditions shall be governed by company policy.
All posts are strictly on contractual basis.

Termination Clause

Either party may terminate the contract by giving 30 days’ written notice.
The company reserves the right to refuse resignation until proper handover of charge.
