Candidates intending to appear for the Walk-In-Interview (Online/Offline Mode) must adhere strictly to the schedule given below:

Application Submission Process

Candidates must carefully read and follow the mandatory email application procedure before appearing for the Walk-In-Interview:

1. Download the official application form attached to the advertisement notification.
2. Duly fill all required fields in the application form with accurate personal, educational, and experience details.
3. Assemble and scan self-attested copies of all required/relevant original documents (mark sheets, degree certificates, conversion certificate from CGPA to percentage, experience certificates, etc.).
4. Prepare an updated copy of your Curriculum-Vitae (CV) and a valid Photo ID proof.
5. Combine the duly filled Application Form, CV, scanned original documents/certificates, and Photo ID proof into a single PDF copy.
6. Email the single PDF file to deansw@nituk.ac.in on or before 19.09.2026 by 4:00 PM.

General Conditions & Mandatory Guidelines

• Temporary Nature of Post: The appointment will be made purely on a temporary basis for one year from the date of appointment.
• No Claim for Permanency: This position does not confer any right on the applicant to claim either continuous employment or permanency in the future.
• Original Document Verification: The candidates appearing for the Walk-In-Interview must produce all the original documents and self-attested photocopies of the relevant certificates. In the absence of original documents, the candidate shall not be considered for the interview.
• Recognized Degrees & Conversion Criteria: All Degree Certificates should be from recognized Universities/Institutes. Furthermore, candidates must attach the conversion criteria of CGPA to percentage issued by the University/Institution/Board.
• Eligibility Determination Date: The eligibility, qualifications, experience, etc., for the post shall be determined as on the date of the Interview (23.09.2026).
• Strict Reporting Cutoff: Candidates reporting after 11:00 AM on the day of the Walk-In-Interview will not be considered under any circumstances.
• Travel & Stay Expenses: Candidates must appear for the Walk-In-Interview at their own cost. No TA/DA or reimbursement will be provided by the institute.
