Eligibility Criteria
Essential Educational Qualification
- M.E./M.Tech. with First Class in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology or related specializations.
- Degree must be from a recognized University/Institute.
- Valid GATE Score is mandatory.
- Only candidates awarded Degree/Provisional Certificate are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must ensure fulfillment of eligibility criteria before applying.
If a candidate is found suitable and fulfills eligibility criteria for Senior Research Fellow (SRF) such as two years as JRF or two years industry/research experience, the candidate may be appointed as SRF.
Desirable Qualification / Experience
- Knowledge of Operating Systems like Android, Linux, Windows, etc.
- Knowledge of Information Security.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Python, Java.
- Experience with various tools used for working with mobile device operating systems.
- Working experience in the relevant subject area will be given preference.

- Award of Fellowship is purely at the discretion of the Selection Committee.

General Conditions
- No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the interview.
- Candidates must make their own arrangements for travel and stay at NIT Hamirpur.
- The offer of Fellowship does not confer any right of absorption or regular appointment at NIT Hamirpur.
- The Institute reserves the right to cancel the fellowship at any time if the selected candidate is found unsuitable.
