Salary & Employment Type
- Consolidated Emoluments: ₹55,000 – ₹60,000 per month (as per funding agency norms)
- Employment Type: Contractual, initially for 10 months, extendable at the discretion of Competent Authority, co-terminus with the project

Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT/Information Systems/related fields from a recognized university or institute.
- Preferred Qualification: Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT/Information Systems/Finance or related fields from a recognized university or institute.
- Desirable Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma; frameworks like BABOK and PMI-PBA.
- Expertise in requirements elicitation and management (interviews, workshops, surveys, user stories).
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps for requirements documentation.
- Skilled in business process modelling (BPMN) using Visio, Lucidchart, Enterprise Architect.
- Proficiency in SQL and database querying tools; experienced in data analysis & visualization with Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio.
- Familiar with software development lifecycle and Agile collaboration (Scrum/Kanban boards).
- Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello).
- Experience in business process automation (UiPath, Power Automate, Zapier).
- Relevant certifications: CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA.
Age Limit
Maximum Age: 35 years (as on closing date of application). Age relaxation is available as per Government of India norms.

Selection Process
- Mere fulfilment of the minimum prescribed qualification and experience will not guarantee selection.
- Only candidates shortlisted by a Screening Committee will be called for the selection process.
- Final decision of NII will be binding in all matters.
- No interim correspondence will be entertained.
General Terms & Conditions
- Position will be contractual, initially for 10 months, extendable as per requirements.
- Contract may be terminated by either party with one-month advance notice.
- No assurance of regular employment at NII. The incumbent will not be considered as a permanent employee.
- Performance evaluation will be periodic; unsatisfactory performance can lead to termination.
- All qualifications must be from recognized boards/universities. Experience counts only after the qualifying degree.
- Government/PSU employees must apply through proper channel or produce No Objection Certificate.
