Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university/institute (Essential)
- MBA in any discipline (Desirable)
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification work experience
- At least 5 years of experience in Land Acquisition in Rail and Road projects
- Minimum 2 years experience in foreign funded projects
- Experience in Social Impact Assessment, Resettlement Action Plan (RAP), and Income Restoration Plan
Additional Eligibility
- IDA Employees: Minimum E-5 grade (₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000)
- CDA Employees: Minimum Level-11 (7th CPC)
- Private Sector: Compensation more than ₹23,00,000 per annum
Age Limit & Relaxation
- Maximum Age: 52 Years
- Relaxation: 5 years for candidates domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir (01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989)

Job Responsibilities
- Handling Land Acquisition and R&R matters
- Policy formulation and coordination with state authorities
- Development of systems, SOPs, and processes
- Stakeholder management and grievance redressal
- Compliance with laws and funding agency requirements
- CSR planning, implementation, and monitoring
- DPR-related coordination
- Any other work assigned by management
