Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Policy, Health Systems, Health Management, or a related field from a reputed or recognized national/global university.

Experience

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in public health planning, program implementation, or health systems strengthening.
At least 5 years of experience working with State Health Societies, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW), or development partners.
Experience in NHM or other Government of India health programs preferred.
Experience in coordinating with multiple departments like WCD, Rural Development, and Urban Local Bodies.

Skills Required

Strong strategic planning, data analysis, and policy formulation abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Leadership and teamwork capabilities with adaptability in challenging environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and analytical tools such as Power BI and Health MIS dashboards.
