Eligibility Criteria

Tech Lead

B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc in Computer Science, IT or related field
M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc (Desirable)
Minimum 8+ years experience with 3+ years leadership role
Skills: Java, Python, Node.js, React, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
Microservices architecture expertise (Spring Boot preferred)
Cloud platforms: AWS / GCP / Azure
CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Google Cloud Build
Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana
AI/ML exposure (TensorFlow, PyTorch desirable)

Full Stack Developer

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
Minimum 3+ years experience in full stack development
Mandatory stack: ASP.NET Core, C#, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, SQL Server, MySQL
Security: OWASP Secure Coding Practices
Good to have: React.js, Angular, Node.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
Cloud: Azure / Microservices / CI-CD pipelines

Project Manager

B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc in Computer Science / IT
8+ years experience in IT/project management
Certifications preferred: PMP / CSM / SAFe / PRINCE2 / ITIL
Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall methodologies
Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP knowledge
Strong understanding of APIs, DevOps, CI/CD
Experience with microservices architecture
