1. Tech Lead (Solution Architect)

• Qualification: B.Tech./M.Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 12 years overall experience, with 4+ years leading architecture or major tech transformation projects

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve SIDH enterprise systems integrating Aadhaar, DigiLocker, PFMS, etc.
• Set architectural principles ensuring modular, microservice-based design.
• Lead AI-driven innovation in labour-market intelligence.
• Design secure, scalable end-to-end solutions and data architectures.
• Ensure compliance with IT Act, DPDP, and security standards.
• Mentor vendor teams, enforce coding and performance standards.

Essential Skills

• Full Stack: Go, Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), Angular, React, React Native
• Integration: Kafka, REST/GraphQL, Istio
• Identity: Keycloak/OIDC, OAuth2, SSO
• Cloud & DevOps: OpenShift (ROSA on AWS), Kubernetes, Docker

Desirable Skills

• Certifications: AWS/Azure Architect, TOGAF, OpenShift
• Experience with DPI/e-Governance platforms

2. UI/UX Lead

• Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in UI/UX, including 5+ years in a senior designer role

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy, user research, prototyping, and visual design.
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and stakeholders for user-centric design.
• Ensure accessibility compliance with WCAG, GIGW 3.0.
• Guide and mentor design teams maintaining consistency and quality.
• Create newsletters, social posts, and visual assets.

Desired Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Familiar with analytics tools (Hotjar, Maze)
• Expertise in mobile-first and responsive design

Desirable

• Experience with government or citizen-facing platforms
• Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello)
• Diploma/Certification in Interaction Design or UI/UX
