Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics Engineering (EE)
- Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (ETE)
- Equivalent Full-Time Engineering Degree
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience (mandatory)
- Desirable: 3 years relevant field experience
Job Description
- Site survey and identification of telecom utilities on RRTS alignment
- Coordination with utility owning agencies
- Liaison with departments and stakeholders
- Preparation of BOQ and estimates for utility diversion
- Preparation of tender documents
- Payment processing to utility owners/contractors
- Handling cable cut/failure site issues

- Knowledge of Telecom Systems
Pay Scale & Salary Structure
- Basic Pay: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (E2 IDA Scale)
- Allowances: Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA)

Reservation & Relaxation Guidelines
- Reservation as per Government of India norms
- OBC candidates under Creamy Layer treated as General

- Age relaxation applicable for multiple categories cumulatively
- Certificates must be in English or Hindi (translated if required)
- SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates applying as UR will not get relaxation
Selection Process
- Written Test / CBT (80% weightage)
- Interview (20% weightage)
- Minimum qualifying marks: 60%
- Shortlisting ratio: 1:5 for interview

Medical Fitness

- Must be conducted at NCRTC approved hospitals
- Candidates with Cancer, Kidney or Liver failure not eligible
