• Envelope must be superscribed as per the application mode

Documents Required

• 10th Certificate / Birth Certificate
• Degree Certificate (Graduation & Post-Graduation)
• Appointment Letter, Joining Order, and Latest Salary Slip
• Experience Certificates and Duty Allocation Orders
• Copies of APARs (Last 3 years)
• Promotion Orders
• Service Certificate / Relieving Order from previous organizations
• Last 3 months’ Salary Slips

Medical and Health Standards

• Candidates must be physically and medically fit
• Candidates with the following conditions are not eligible:
  • Cancer
  • Kidney/Liver Failure or Transplantation
• Internal candidates of NCRTC already declared fit are exempted

Terms for Deputation

• Pay and allowances as per DoPT rules
• Additional benefits: Lease, Transport, Medical, Laptop/Mobile handset, Electricity, Phone charges (as per company policy)
• Maximum deputation period: 5 years

Terms for Immediate Absorption

• Basic Pay + VDA + Perks under Cafeteria Approach
• All benefits and allowances as per NCRTC rules
• Service Bond: ₹2,00,000 + GST + training cost (2-year commitment)
• Probation period applicable as per company rules

Accommodation and Posting

• Company/Leased Accommodation as per entitlement
• Posting may be anywhere within NCRTC offices, projects, subsidiaries, or JVs
• May involve working in shifts

Other General Instructions

• Only Indian Nationals (18 years or above) are eligible
• Eligibility will be verified during document check
• Applicants must enter name as per 10th/SSC certificate
• Candidates must ensure correctness of all details before submission
• No changes allowed after final submission
• Private sector experience considered at 80% weightage, Govt. at 100%
• Freelancing or teaching experience is not valid
• No TA/DA or communication in case of disqualification
• No candidate dismissed or removed from prior service is eligible
• No candidate with criminal conviction or multiple spouses is eligible
• All disputes shall fall under Delhi High Court jurisdiction
• NCRTC reserves full rights to modify or cancel the recruitment process
