National Book Trust, India (NBT), an apex body engaged in the publication of books and promotion of reading culture across the country, has released an official recruitment notification for the post of Technical Executive on a purely contractual basis. The engagement will be made through a manpower agency and is initially for a period of three months, which may be extended further as per the requirement of the Trust.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or Institution.

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical or IT-related work.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and data handling
• Working knowledge of SQL and Database Management
• Familiarity with eOffice, eProcurement, Busy Software, and other web-based applications
• Knowledge of noting and drafting will be considered an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for IT-enabled services and projects
• Manage and maintain IT systems, databases, and software applications
• Support data compilation, analysis, and reporting activities
• Handle office documentation, noting, and drafting work
• Coordinate with departments for troubleshooting and system updates
