NABARD Recruitment 2025 – Specialists on Contract (FSDD – DCAS)
The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has released an official notification for the recruitment of Specialists on Contract for various posts in the FSDD – DCAS department. The engagement will be on a fixed-term contract basis at NABARD Head Office, Mumbai.

Note: This is the total cost to NABARD and includes statutory payments. Tax will be deducted at source.
Employment Type
- Fixed-term contract appointment.
- Initial contract period of 2 years, extendable up to 5 years based on annual performance reviews.
- Termination clause: The Bank may terminate without notice. Normally, one month's notice required from either side.

Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit
1. Legal Officer
- Age: 35 – 65 years
- Qualification: Law degree from a recognized university.
- Experience: Enrolled as Advocate with Bar Council, minimum 10 years in Legal Department of Scheduled Commercial Banks/AIFIs or combined experience with advocacy. Preference for experience in infrastructure, large bank loans, and renewable energy sector.
2. Remote Sensing and GIS Analyst
- Age: 21 – 45 years
- Qualification: B.Tech/B.E in Remote Sensing & GIS/Geoinformatics/Geomatics (min. 60%) or M.Sc/M.Tech/M.E (min. 55%).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in image processing/GIS analysis or AI/ML in agriculture/hydrology/watershed/water resources. Experience with ArcGIS, ERDAS, QGIS, and conducting training.
3. Software Developer
- Age: 21 – 45 years
- Qualification: B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT (min. 60%) or M.Tech/M.E (min. 55%).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in web development and management with PHP, JavaScript, Progress, HTML, React Native, and Android Studio.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting for interview in a 1:3 ratio based on qualifications and experience.
- Pre-recruitment medical examination.
- Final appointment subject to being medically fit.
- NABARD reserves the right to alter the number of vacancies or cancel recruitment.
- Results and roll numbers will be published on the official NABARD website.
