Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: As on 01.11.2025, candidates must possess discipline-specific Bachelor’s/Master’s degrees or professional certifications (CA, CS, ICWA, CFA, FRM, etc.) as prescribed for each post.
• Age Limit (as on 01.11.2025):
  • For RDBS & Legal: 21 to 30 years (Born between 02 November 1995 and 01 November 2004)
  • For Protocol & Security: 25 to 40 years (Born between 02 November 1985 and 01 November 2000)
• Age Relaxation:
  • OBC – 3 years
  • SC/ST – 5 years
  • PWBD (UR) – 10 years
  • PWBD (OBC) – 13 years
  • PWBD (SC/ST) – 15 years

Application Fees

Fees are exclusive of applicable GST. NABARD staff candidates are eligible to apply as per eligibility; fee reimbursement applies under specified conditions.

Base Salary and Service Conditions

• Basic Pay: ₹44,500 per month in the pay scale ₹44,500 – 89,150 (17 years).
• Gross Emoluments: Approximately ₹1,00,000 per month.
• Allowances: Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance.
• Perquisites: Bank accommodation, medical reimbursement, concessional loans, Leave Travel Concession, newspaper, internet, and telephone allowance as per eligibility.
• Probation Period: 2 years (extendable up to 3 years).
• Posting Liability: Anywhere in India.

Application Process

Applicants must apply online only through NABARD’s official website between 08 November 2025 and 30 November 2025. No other mode of application will be accepted.

Applicants must upload scanned copies of their photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration as per the prescribed specifications mentioned in the notification.

Pre-Recruitment Training (PRT)

Free online pre-examination training is available for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWBD categories. Candidates must opt for it while filling the online application form. The training will be conducted prior to the preliminary examination.

Examination Centres

The examination will be conducted in major Indian states and union territories for Phase I and at selected major cities for Phase II and the Psychometric Test. NABARD reserves the right to modify, cancel, or allot alternate centres as necessary.
