Educational Qualifications & Experience

Deputy Manager (E02): Graduate with CA/CMA (Finance) OR B.Tech/BE (Systems) OR PG Degree/MBA (HRD) OR LLB (Law) with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Senior Manager (E04): Graduate in relevant discipline with at least 11 years of post-qualification experience.
Deputy General Manager (E06): Graduate (e.g., Mining Engineering) with at least 17 years of relevant experience.

Age Limit

Deputy Manager (E02): Maximum 35 years
Senior Manager (E04): Maximum 41 years
Deputy General Manager (E06): Maximum 48 years
Relaxations: Applicable for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD candidates as per Government rules.
