Salary (Monthly Consolidated Remuneration)
- Junior Technical Supervisors: ₹45,000
- Chief Technical Supervisors: ₹1,15,000
The remuneration is inclusive of all statutory deductions and no other allowances or accommodation will be provided. TA/DA will be admissible as per NABCONS rules for official travel outside District Headquarters.
Employment Type
Project-Based Contract Staff (PBCS) on an 11-month contract, extendable based on performance and NABARD’s discretion.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Civil posts) or Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Electrical posts) with minimum 60% marks.
Experience
- Junior Technical Supervisors: Minimum 3 years in residential/office/commercial building projects (maintenance/construction).
- Chief Technical Supervisors: Minimum 7 years in similar projects.
Other Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google tools, and advanced Excel.
- Experience with project management software preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant engineering software preferred.
- Good written and oral communication in English and local language.
Domicile & Language Requirements
For Junior Technical Supervisors: Must be a resident of the city applied for and proficient in the official state language (proof required via 10th certificate or studied as a subject). No domicile/language criteria for Chief Technical Supervisors.
Age Limit (as on date of application)
- Junior Technical Supervisors: Maximum 35 years
- Chief Technical Supervisors: Maximum 45 years
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on eligibility and application details.
- Interview (location mentioned in call letter; expenses not reimbursed).
- Document verification (original & self-attested copies at interview).
- Final selection list published on NABCONS website.
Other Important Information
- Initial probation period of 3 months, termination possible without notice during this period.
- Post-probation, one month’s notice required by either side for resignation/termination.
- Performance evaluation will determine increments.
- No legal claim for regular absorption in NABARD/NABCONS services.
- NABCONS reserves the right to modify/cancel recruitment at any stage.
