Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or equivalent

Experience Requirements

• Investment Associate (FoF): Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• AVP – Investor Relations: Minimum 6 years experience in Investor Relations / VC / PE fundraising

Age Limit (As on 01 July 2026)

• Investment Associate: Preferably not more than 35 years
• AVP – Investor Relations: Preferably not more than 40 years
• Age relaxation may be considered for deserving candidates

Remuneration

• Negotiable Cost to Company (CTC) based on experience and suitability
• Performance-based variable pay as per company policy

Key Responsibilities

Assistant Vice President – Investor Relations (AVP IR)

• Manage investor relationships and engagement
• Prepare investor communications (reports, newsletters, updates)
• Conduct quarterly investor meetings and calls
• Support fundraising initiatives across investor categories
• Coordinate with finance and operations teams
• Analyze investor trends and fund performance
• Participate in industry events and networking

Investment Associate (FoF)

• Evaluate Category I & II AIF funds
• Conduct fund research and due diligence
• Prepare investment memos and reports
• Monitor portfolio performance and NAVs
• Maintain investment databases
• Support LP reporting and compliance coordination
