Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• First Class Graduate OR Postgraduate with minimum 55% marks
• Fields: Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics or related fields
• Minimum 6 months Diploma/Certificate in Data Analytics mandatory
• Preference for Postgraduates

Technical Skills (Preferred)

• Stata, SAS, R, MATLAB, Python
• Power BI, Tableau, SQL
• Experience in BI tools and statistical analysis tools preferred

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years total work experience
• At least 2 years in Data Analytics domain
• Experience in consultancy sector preferred
• Hands-on experience with large datasets in last 3 years required
• Experience in data quality assurance preferred

Age Limit

Remuneration / Salary

• Consolidated monthly remuneration as per NABCONS policy
• As per industry standards
• Higher salary based on experience, qualification, and last drawn salary
• Eligible for PF, Gratuity, Leave Encashment as per HR policy
• Tax deductions as per Income Tax Act

Reservation Details

Service Conditions

• Core Contract Staff position (full-time engagement)
• Annual performance-based renewal
• After 1 year, renewal in blocks of 3 years
• Quarterly review in first year, then annual review
• Eligible for PF, Gratuity, Leave Encashment
