Eligibility Criteria

| Local Route Knowledge | Thorough knowledge of Mumbai and surrounding routes. |
| Language Proficiency | Must be fluent in Marathi and Hindi. |

Selection Process
- Preliminary screening of received applications.
- Eligible candidates will be called for document verification and interview.
- In case of large applications, candidates up to 5× the number of vacancies will be shortlisted.
- Final selection will be based on interview performance and qualifications.
- Minimum qualifying marks in the interview: 60%.
- Decision of MRVC’s Nominated Committee shall be final and binding.

Service Agreement
The selected candidate must serve for at least two years and execute a Surety Bond of ₹1,00,000 in favour of MRVC on a ₹500 stamp paper.
Medical Examination
The candidate must be of sound health and produce a fitness certificate from an MBBS doctor before joining.

General Instructions
- Bring original documents for verification at the time of interaction.
- False or misleading information will lead to termination and legal action.
- No TA/DA will be paid for document verification and interview.
- Candidate must join within 30 days after receiving offer letter.
- Government/PSU employees must be properly relieved before joining MRVC.
Termination of Contract
- Contract ends upon completion or extended term expiration.
- Breach of contract by employee results in immediate termination.
- Either side may terminate with one-month notice or payment in lieu.
- If litigation arises, the candidate may be required for proceedings even after expiry.
- Upon termination, return all MRVC property (tools, IDs, documents, etc.).
- Clear all advances or dues before separation.
- Candidate remains responsible for acts or omissions during contract period.
Conduct and Disciplinary Rules
- Misuse of vehicle or MRVC property can result in termination.
- Embezzlement, disclosure of confidential information, unauthorized absence, or insubordination will lead to dismissal.
- Civil or criminal proceedings may be initiated for breach of contract.
- Candidate must maintain vehicle in proper condition and act responsibly.
