Eligibility Criteria & Age Limits

General Manager (Design)

• Max Age: 53 years (relaxable for internal/deputation)
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil) + M.E./M.Tech in Structures/Structural Dynamics/Soil/Rock Mechanics
• Experience:
  • Govt/CPSUs (CDA): Level 14 or higher; 18 yrs service; 10 yrs in design/proof-checking
  • Govt Entities (IDA): Pay scale ₹1,20,000–2,80,000; similar tenure
  • Private Sector: Annual CTC ≥ ₹40 Lakh; 20 yrs executive-level experience; 10 yrs in design/proof-checking

Assistant General Manager (TVE)

• Max Age: 40 years (relaxable)
• Qualification: Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 7–10 yrs depending on sector (CDA, IDA, or Private)
• Desirable: Experience in TVS & ECS systems, computerized designing, metro projects

Assistant General Manager (PST)

• Max Age: 40 years
• Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 7–10 yrs depending on sector (CDA, IDA, or Private)
• Desirable: Experience in traction power supply, SCADA, metro systems

Deputy Engineer (Civil)

• Max Age: 35 years
• Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 4 yrs supervisory/executive grade experience
• Desirable: Metro/railway construction, viaduct, tunnel, track works, international bidding

Selection Process

• Candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility and relevant experience.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview.
• Candidates may be asked to produce additional documents required by the scrutiny committee.
• Selection criteria may be relaxed for deserving candidates with exceptional background.
• No TA/DA will be provided for interview or pre-appointment medical examination.

• Age, qualification, and experience will be reckoned as on 01 September 2025.
• Degrees/Diplomas must be from Government-recognized institutes and approved by UGC/AICTE.
• Applications with false or incorrect information will be cancelled; if detected after appointment, services will be terminated.
• MMRCL reserves the right to change the number of vacancies, modify or cancel recruitment criteria without prior notice.
