Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Full-time MBA/PG Degree/Diploma or equivalent in HRM/HRD/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Social Work/Labour Welfare from a Government-recognized university/institute.
• Experience (Addl. GM): Minimum 15 years at Executive/Gazetted level in any Central/State Government organization or PSU in HR/Personnel department.
• Experience (Sr. DGM): Minimum 12 years at Executive/Gazetted level in any Central/State Government organization or PSU in HR/Personnel department.
• Other Requirements: Should be conversant with computerized working environment and free from D&AR and vigilance enquiries.

Age Limit

Age is relaxable for deputation candidates and as per Government of India guidelines (including Ex-Servicemen, J&K domicile relaxation as per rules).

Reservation

One post for Unreserved (UR) category. Age relaxation applicable for Ex-Servicemen and J&K domicile candidates as per Government guidelines.
