Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications:
- Post-graduate in Clinical Embryology (minimum four semesters full-time) with 3 years of ART laboratory experience handling human gametes and embryos.
- Ph.D. in Clinical Embryology / Assisted Reproductive Technology / Fertility with 1 year of ART laboratory experience.
- Medical graduate (MBBS) or Veterinary graduate (BVSc) with Postgraduate in Clinical Embryology and 2 years ART laboratory experience.
- Postgraduate in Life Sciences or Biotechnology with 1 year certified embryology training and 4 years ART laboratory experience in a registered ART Level 2 clinic.

Selection Process

- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or joining
Terms and Conditions
The appointment is purely on contract basis. Some of the key terms include:
- Contract duration: Initially 11 months, extendable if required
- Termination: Can be terminated anytime; appointee must give 1 month notice
- Medical Fitness: Mandatory medical board clearance
- Leave: 2.5 days per month
- No entitlement to PF, pension, gratuity, medical benefits, or seniority
- No right for regular appointment in JIPMER Puducherry / Karaikal / Yanam
- Full-time appointment; no private practice allowed
- No travel allowance for interview/joining
- Income Tax will be deducted at source
- Non-Disclosure Undertaking to be signed
- Any false information will lead to termination
- Competent Authority reserves right to modify/cancel advertisement
