The organization is engaged in the execution of turnkey infrastructure projects in sectors such as Railways, Highways, Buildings, and Power. The company recorded a turnover of more than ₹8,500 crores during the financial year 2025–26 and has successfully completed major railway and highway projects in India as well as several countries including Malaysia, Bangladesh, Algeria, Iraq, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Turkey, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.

Educational Qualification

• Full-time LL.B. degree with minimum 60% marks.
• Five-year integrated full-time LL.B. degree with minimum 60% marks.
• LL.M. in the relevant discipline will be preferred.

Eligibility Criteria and Experience Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in construction and infrastructure related legal matters.
• Experience in arbitration matters.
• Experience in litigation matters before tribunals and courts.
• Hands-on experience in drafting, finalizing and vetting legal documents.
• Experience in preparing agreements, bonds, affidavits and pleadings.
• Experience in pre-contract transactional work is preferable.
• Computer proficiency will be considered an added advantage.

Medical Standards

Salary, Insurance and Employee Benefits

• Fixed monthly consolidated salary of ₹75,000.
• Annual increment of 5% after successful completion of each year of service.
• Medical insurance policy of ₹3 lakh must be obtained by the employee.
• Premium reimbursement up to ₹4,000 per year.
• Insurance policy must cover COVID-19 and other diseases.
• Provident Fund deductions will be made as per EPF & MP Act, 1952.
• IRCON will make matching PF contributions.
• PF accumulation will be paid upon cessation of the contract.
• TA/DA will be admissible for official outstation duties.
• No additional perks or allowances will be provided.

Leave and Working Conditions

• One leave for each calendar month of service.
• Leave may be accumulated and carried forward.
• Leave encashment is not permitted during the contract period or after resignation.
• No other category of leave shall be admissible.
• Weekly off and public holidays will be available according to project requirements.
• Working hours and working days shall be the same as those applicable to the project.

Important Instructions

• Registration for walk-in interview will commence at 09:30 AM.
• Registration will close at 01:00 PM on the interview date.
• Requests for change in interview date, time or venue will not be entertained.
• The recruitment process may continue for more than one day depending on the number of candidates.
• Candidates should make travel arrangements accordingly.

Percentage and CGPA Conversion Rules

• Candidates must mention exact percentage without rounding off.
• Percentage mentioned in the consolidated mark sheet will be considered.
• If a consolidated mark sheet is unavailable, the average of all semesters or years will be considered.
• Where universities do not provide CGPA-to-percentage conversion, a score of 6 out of 10 shall be treated as 60%.
• For grading scales other than ten-point scales, scores shall be prorated.
• Candidates must produce the conversion certificate wherever CGPA conversion rules exist.
