Educational Qualification
CA / CMA is mandatory for both positions.
Experience
- Joint General Manager / Finance (E-5): Minimum 14 years post-qualification experience as on 01.08.2025. - If working in PSU/Central Govt./State Govt./Railways: Presently working in scale of ₹80,000–2,20,000 (IDA) / Level 12 (CDA) OR 2 years in ₹70,000–2,00,000 (IDA) / Level 11 (CDA). - If working in Public Sector Banks or other Govt. organizations (non-IDA/CDA): Total experience 14 years and CTC not less than ₹22 LPA. - If working in Private Sector / consolidated pay in PSU/Govt.: Minimum 14 years relevant experience. - Experience includes project accounts, Ind AS financial statements, budgeting, MIS, taxation compliance, treasury, financial modelling, ERP/SAP proficiency, etc. Experience in taxation (Direct & Indirect) desirable.
- Manager / Finance (E-3): Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience as on 01.08.2025. - If working in PSU/Central Govt./State Govt./Railways: Presently working in scale of ₹60,000–1,80,000 (IDA) / Level 9 (CDA) OR 2 years in ₹50,000–1,60,000 (IDA) / Level 7 (CDA). - If working in Public Sector Banks or other Govt. organizations (non-IDA/CDA): Total experience 6 years and CTC not less than ₹16 LPA. - If working in Private Sector / consolidated pay in PSU/Govt.: Minimum 6 years relevant experience. - Experience includes project accounts, Ind AS financial statements, budgeting, MIS, taxation compliance, treasury, financial modelling, ERP/SAP proficiency, etc.

Selection Process

- Selected candidates must execute a Surety Bond of ₹3 lakhs to serve the company for at least 3 years.

- Place of posting: Anywhere in India or abroad depending on project requirements.
- Candidates must be currently employed as on cutoff date and able to join within 3 months of posting letter.
