Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Qualified CA / CMA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
• Experience: Retired officer from Government / PSU / Autonomous Body with minimum 30 years post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts functions.
• Preferred Experience: Senior-level experience in Finance, Accounts, Audit, Taxation, Budgeting and Financial Management.

Age Limit

The upper age limit should not exceed 65 years, with 6 months available from 1 June 2026. In exceptional cases, it may be extended with approval from the Competent Authority and Board. A self-sound health certificate will also be required.

Remuneration

• IDA Pattern / PSU Officers: All-inclusive remuneration equal to 50% of last pay drawn, i.e. last Basic + last DA.
• CDA Pattern / Government Officers: Remuneration as per Government rules, restricted to the difference between last pay drawn and pension + DA.
• No DA, HRA, conveyance allowance, telephone allowance or other additional allowances will be admissible.
• Lunch coupon will be provided on attending office. TA/DA for official travel, if any, will be admissible as per company rules.

Application Fee

Candidates must deposit a one-time non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 590/- before applying through the ICSIL website.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling statutory compliances including GST, TDS and other applicable regulations.
• Assistance in preparation and finalization of financial statements and accounts.
• Coordination with internal auditors, statutory auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Strengthening internal financial controls, accounting systems and compliance procedures.
• Assistance in budget preparation, financial planning and financial analysis.
• Review of accounting records, reconciliations and financial documentation.
• Providing strategic financial advisory support to the management.
• Any other Finance & Accounts related work assigned by the management.

Important Terms and Conditions

• The engagement is purely contractual and does not give any right for regular appointment in ICSIL.
• The Advisor must maintain confidentiality of official records and information.
• The engagement may be terminated by either side with one month’s notice or payment in lieu thereof.
• No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in interaction or document verification.
• Original documents for DOB, qualification and experience must be produced during document verification/interview.
• Details in application form must match Class 10th Certificate, PAN Card and Aadhaar Card.
• Canvassing or trying to influence ICSIL employees will disqualify the candidate.
• ICSIL may accept, reject or withdraw the advertisement without assigning any reason.
• Fake or misleading information/documents will lead to rejection of candidature.

Security Deposit

Fifteen days’ salary will be deducted from the selected candidate as security deposit in two parts: 50% in the first month and 50% in the second month. It will be refunded with saving bank interest after receiving No Dues Certificate from ICSIL and completing contractual liabilities as per the appointment letter.
