Application Process
- Candidates must apply online through ICSIL website (Career Section) only.
- Pay a one-time registration fee of ₹590/- (Non-refundable).
- Enter complete details of educational qualification (from High School to the highest qualification) and experience in the profile.
- Ensure that the candidate’s profile matches the eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement before applying.
- Original documents along with photocopies and 2 passport-size photographs must be produced at the time of document verification/interview.

- Applicants must carefully go through the eligibility criteria and ascertain their suitability.
- Shortlisting of candidates will be based on scrutiny of documents (age, qualification, experience, etc.) and subsequent interaction/interview.
- Final selection will be made by the department for deployment on a purely contractual basis.
- ICSIL does not guarantee deployment of all shortlisted candidates.
- No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in interaction/documents verification.
- Place of deployment will be anywhere in Delhi/NCR, and candidates may be required to work in shifts/rotational basis without extra conveyance allowance.
- Candidates must bring original documents of Date of Birth, Qualification, and Experience for verification.
- One set of photocopies of all documents and two photographs are mandatory.
- Details in the application form must match Class 10th Certificate, PAN Card, and Aadhaar Card. If the name has changed, valid evidence must be furnished.
- Canvassing in any form shall disqualify the candidate. Approaching officials directly or indirectly will lead to immediate disqualification.
- ICSIL reserves the right to accept or reject applications without assigning any reason and can withdraw the advertisement at any time.
- Incomplete applications shall be rejected.
- Candidates must regularly check the ICSIL website for updates and corrigendum.
- If documents/information are found false or misleading, the candidature will be rejected.
- One month’s salary will be deducted as security in two parts (50% in the first month and 50% in the second month). Refund will be made with applicable bank interest after clearance of dues and completion of contractual obligations.
- Engagement is purely contractual/temporary and does not guarantee any claim for regular appointment.
- Selected candidates will be engaged under a project/scheme as per departmental requirements initially for a fixed period, extendable up to 4 years with client department’s approval.
- Selection may include personal interview, skill test, or written test, depending on the position.
- Mere appearance in the walk-in interview does not guarantee selection.
- Decision of the interview panel/committee shall be final and binding.
- Candidates are expected to maintain professional behavior throughout the process.
- Any misconduct or indiscipline may lead to disqualification.
