Job Description and Responsibilities
Division Head (FAS) & CFO: Responsible for Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Internal Audit, Budgeting, Recovery, Investments, Purchase, and Help Desk operations.
Division Head (TSS): Responsible for ICT initiatives, online exam processes, result automation, disaster recovery, IT asset procurement, cyber security, and leading the IT team.
Banker Faculty: Responsible for writing banking and financial awareness questions, conducting research, and coordination work related to exams.
Banker Faculty - Technical: Involves writing and reviewing technical and subject-specific questions in engineering and banking disciplines, plus related analytical tasks.
Selection Process
- Screening of applications by internal committee
- Shortlisting based on qualification and experience
- Personal Interview
- Final selection based on interview performance
- Original documents to be verified before interview
Terms of Appointment
- Initial appointment for 3 years on fixed contract basis
- Yearly performance review applicable
- No claim for absorption or regular employment in IBPS
- No annual increments during the contract period
- Engagement is full-time; no external employment allowed
- Remuneration includes medical, medi-claim, leave encashment, phone bill, newspaper, canteen subsidy, and performance-linked incentives
