About Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA)
The Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA) is an autonomous Trust functioning under the Ministry of Culture, Government of India. The institution is visualized as a premier centre encompassing the study of all arts, especially in their dimension of inter-relationship and mutual interdependence. To maintain transparency and ensure standard civil engineering procedures, IGNCA intends to engage one post of Consultant (Senior Engineer) purely on a contractual basis for its central operations in New Delhi.

The Consultant (Senior Engineer) will advise and direct procedures and practices to be followed for maintaining complete transparency in tendering processes and the award of civil and structural works across the organization.
Eligibility Criteria, Educational Qualification & Experience

Educational Qualification
Graduation in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent Degree in Civil Engineering).

Work Experience Requirement
At least 20 years of professional experience in civil engineering, tendering, and execution/supervision of work projects.

Eligible Background / Target Profile
Person retired from Central Public Works Department (CPWD) / Central Works Department (CWD) / Military Engineer Services (MES) / New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) / State Government Organizations / Autonomous Bodies as Superintending Engineer / Executive Engineer / Senior Engineer.
