Salary / Remuneration
- On Absorption: IDA Scale of Pay ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000 + Applicable Allowances + PRP
- On Deputation: Parent Pay & Allowances + Deputation Duty Allowance + Other Allowances as per company policy
Employment Type & Terms
Appointment will be on Absorption or Deputation basis initially for a period of 03 years, extendable further as per rules (subject to Government/Ministry guidelines).

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Full-time Graduate plus CA/ICWAI from a recognized University or Institute. Qualifications must be obtained from recognized institutions incorporated under an Act of Parliament/State Legislature/UGC Act or approved by Government.
Experience Required
- Experience in Finance & Accounts with IND-AS, Finalization of Accounts, GST, Income Tax, Internal & Statutory Audit
- Experience in Banking and Treasury, Billing, Vetting of Proposals
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Office, ERP, Tenders & Contracts
Service Requirement
Officers must be working on a regular basis in Railways, other Government Departments, Central PSUs, Ports, or JV Companies under Government control.
Age Limit
- On Absorption: Up to 50 years as on 10.10.2025
- On Deputation: Up to 57 years as on 10.10.2025
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on eligibility and experience
- Personal Interview (at Corporate Office, via Video Conferencing, or at another location as per discretion of IPRCL)
- Medical Examination as per corporation policy
