Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications
- Master's degree in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Life Sciences.
- Must have qualified GATE or NET.
Desired Qualifications
Candidates having experience in cloning, construction of deletion mutants, and small RNA related work will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Leading experiments on small RNA, including in-vitro transcription, gel-retardation assays.
- Genetic manipulation, molecular cloning, protein purification, biochemical assays.
- Animal handling and related assays.
- Data interpretation, manuscript writing, and reporting.
