Eligibility Criteria

• Project Fellow: PhD in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) OR PhD in Energy Systems Modelling and Analysis.
• Research Associate: Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering OR Operations Research/Management OR Applied Optimization in Energy.
• Desirable: Experience using optimization-related software.

Job Responsibilities

• Search, review and analyze existing power and energy sector regulations and policies in India and globally.
• Perform energy systems modelling including capacity expansion, production cost simulation, and resource adequacy.
• Organize meetings, workshops, and conferences in Roorkee and other places.
• Undertake assignment-related travel.
• Maintain frequent and effective communication with stakeholders.
