Essential Qualifications
- MSc. / MA in Psychology (Clinical / Counselling / Social / Applied) in regular mode with at least 55% marks (CGPA 6.0).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a reputed Higher Academic Institution after qualifying degree.
- OR M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology with a minimum of 55% marks (CGPA 6.0).
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in IITs/NITs.
- Ability to conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions.
- Ability to handle psychiatric emergencies.
- Ability to create mental health awareness content.
- Experience in workshops, campaigns, and theme-based events to promote emotional well-being.
- Development of outreach materials such as posters, newsletters, social media content, and resource handouts.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage documentation, record keeping, and reporting of psychiatric issues.
