Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification

• Master’s Degree in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Public Relations, or related field.
• Professional certifications in Social Media Marketing preferred (Facebook Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing, Google Digital Marketing, HubSpot Social Media).

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in social media management with demonstrated success in follower growth and engagement.
• Track record of managing multiple social media accounts across different platforms.
• Experience in creating and launching successful campaigns with measurable impact, preferably in institutional or corporate environments.
• Expertise in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Figma, and video editing software.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, native platform analytics, and performance measurement tools.

Knowledge Requirements

• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, optimization techniques, and best practices.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles, SEO, and content marketing strategies.
• Understanding of corporate affairs regulations, policy research, and institutional communication.
• Awareness of government communication protocols and public sector social media guidelines.
• Familiarity with crisis communication and reputation management strategies.

Remuneration and Other Conditions

• Consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹75,000 (no other allowances payable).
• TA/DA admissible when travelling out of headquarters on official duty.
• Full-time assignment requiring attendance on all working days and on holidays if required.
• The annual increment will be applicable on renewal of contract as per Institute’s policy.
• The engagement is purely contractual and does not confer any right for regular appointment.
• Conditions may be relaxed by the competent authority in exceptional circumstances.

Selection Procedure

• Appointment will be made on the basis of written test and/or interview conducted by a Selection Committee.
• No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
• Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.

Additional Terms and Conditions

• Selected candidates shall sign a contract with IICA and join duties immediately.
• Consultants shall not apply for any internal or external position within IICA before completing 2 years, unless the current contract is terminated.
• The conduct and performance of the individual must maintain decorum and discipline as expected of a Central Government officer.
• Contract can be terminated without notice if performance or conduct is found detrimental to organizational interests.
• Number of positions and remuneration may be changed as per requirement of the Institute.
