Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Retired employee from RBI, NABARD, SIDBI, or Commercial/Financial Institutions (Officer-level)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as Officer, with knowledge of Rural Banking and latest Government Schemes. Preference to Middle Management Grade bankers.
- Communication: Fluency in Hindi (local language) and English.
- Technical Skills: MS Office proficiency, typing in English mandatory, typing in Hindi desirable.
- Other Requirement: Valid Driving License is mandatory.

- Applicants should be below 65 years at the time of application.
- Maximum exit age: 68 years.
