IFCI Ltd. (Industrial Finance Corporation of India Ltd.), established in 1948 as India’s first Development Financial Institution, is a Government of India Undertaking and a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC-ND-SI). Over the decades, IFCI has contributed significantly to India’s economy by supporting projects across manufacturing, infrastructure, services, and agriculture. The organization also provides advisory services for Government agencies and corporates, working as a Project Management/Verification Agency for various schemes of the Government of India.

IFCI invites applications from Indian citizens for the engagement of experienced and seasoned professionals on a contractual basis for an initial period of three years, extendable upon mutual agreement.

Preferred experience in PSUs/PSBs/ARCs. Expertise in DRT, NCLT, Civil/Criminal courts, arbitration, due diligence of properties, and drafting legal documents.
Associate – Services (On Contract)	01	UR	30 Years	Graduate in any discipline	At least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in administration, facility management, or corporate services. Experience with GeM Portal, AMC contracts, vendor coordination, budgeting, and knowledge of CVC guidelines desirable.

Reservation and Age Relaxation

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview, which may be held in New Delhi or through online mode.

SC/ST candidates attending physical interviews are eligible for TA reimbursement as per Government of India guidelines.
No TA/DA is admissible for online interviews.
Selected candidates must execute an Indemnity Bond to serve IFCI for at least one year. In case of resignation before completion, the candidate must indemnify IFCI with Rs. 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh only) besides serving the notice period or payment in lieu thereof.

General Conditions and Important Notes

Computation of age and work experience shall be done with reference to 30 September 2025.
Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
Positions are based at IFCI’s Head Office, New Delhi, but candidates may be transferred to any Regional Office across India.
IFCI reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel vacancies at any stage without notice.
