Educational Qualification

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India or approved by regulatory bodies such as UGC, AICTE, etc.
• Minimum marks required:
  • 60% for General, EWS and OBC candidates
  • 55% for SC / ST / PwBD candidates
• Passing only a diploma course will not be considered eligible.
• Candidates must possess valid mark sheets and degree certificates issued by the university.
• Where CGPA / OGPA is awarded, it must be converted into percentage as per the university rules and mentioned in the application form.
• Fractional percentages will not be rounded up. For example:
  • 59.99% will be treated as less than 60%
  • 54.99% will be treated as less than 55%
• Candidates are expected to have basic computer knowledge and IT proficiency.

Selection Process

The selection procedure for IDBI Bank Junior Assistant Manager Recruitment consists of multiple stages.

• Online Test (OT)
• Document Verification (DV)
• Personal Interview (PI)
• Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT)

Candidates must qualify in each stage of the selection process to be considered for final selection.

Online Examination Pattern

Interview Process

• Candidates who qualify the online examination will be shortlisted for the Personal Interview.
• The interview will carry 100 marks.
• Minimum qualifying marks in interview:
  • 50% for General category
  • 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates
• Final merit will be calculated using the following formula:
  Final Score = 75% Online Test Score + 25% Interview Score
